These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snoop and Spell mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Shane Syring, an individual based in Ontario, Canada.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Snoop and Spell is a word search puzzle game provided for entertainment purposes.
You agree to use the App:
- For lawful purposes only
- In accordance with these Terms
- Without attempting to disrupt, exploit, or misuse the App or its services
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for a general audience.
If you are under the age of 13, use of the App should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements to support development and maintenance.
Ads are served through Google AdMob and may include mediated demand sources such as Unity Ads.
Ad delivery and related data processing are governed by the policies of those providers.
4. Google Play Services Features
The App may use Google Play services features, including:
- In-app review prompts
- In-app update delivery (including flexible updates)
Availability and behavior of these features depend on Google Play services and Play Store distribution requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to game design, word puzzles, graphics, logos, text, and code, is the property of Shane Syring unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use App content for commercial purposes without permission
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass App features
- Use automated tools to manipulate gameplay
- Interfere with ads, updates, or app functionality
Violation of these rules may result in loss of access to the App.
7. Availability and Changes
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
The developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
No guarantee is made that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind and Shane Syring is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
This includes, without limitation, data loss, device issues, ad interruptions, or gameplay interruptions.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is processed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
If updated, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
